Pre-release information

Product descriptions, screenshots, planned features, availability dates, and introductory pricing are informational and may change before release. A “Coming Soon” label does not promise release on a particular date.

Professional responsibility

PDF Evidence Studio is a document-review and evidence-preparation tool. It does not perform an audit, automate professional judgment, determine whether evidence is sufficient, provide accounting or legal advice, or replace required review and supervision. Users remain responsible for their procedures, conclusions, documentation, and compliance obligations.

Permitted website use

You may use this website for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent an affiliation with PDF Evidence Studio, or copy branding and site content in a way that infringes applicable rights.

Intellectual property

The PDF Evidence Studio name, logo, website design, written content, product interface, and related materials are owned by their respective rights holder and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to view and use the website as described here.

No warranty

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the website will always be available, error-free, or complete.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product becomes available or business services change. Continued use of the website after revised terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
